InvenTex Master Marker AutoNesting (IMM AutoNest) is a fully automatic smart system specialized to realize best optimized nesting of patterns on any fabric. Supplied as an option, is a fully integrated part of InvenTex CAD system.

It is widely used in the garment and upholstery manufacturing industry. It is able to nest any set of pieces within an incredibly short time in an optimum way, minimizing wasted material, considering various types of patterns movement and placement restrictions while nesting. The efficiency of the markers achieved by InvenTex Master Marker AutoNesting System can be only compared with that of the most experienced human nesters, what so more when spending a lot of time for manual nesting. But even then our AutoNesting system brings almost always the better, in fact the best possible efficiency results. InvenTex MM AutoNesting System utilizes the latest scientific optimization methods achieving the best results in the shortest time. Users just specify list of patterns to be nested and a width of fabric - then nesting process is made fully automatically. System reads pieces (patterns) and markers settings/restrictions set at InvenTex CAD. Results are presented in the MGS (Markers Generation Module) of InvenTex CAD.

 

IMM AutoNest System is supplied in three versions:
    - Standard: full automatic nesting with possible determining computer nesting time for each marker
    - Professional: Standard ver. + further nesting repeats to achieve the best results; printouts & statistics
    - Server:  Professional ver. + defining of auto-nesting queue for workgroups, 24h by LAN access
