InvenTex Cut Planner is a software for combinatorial optimization, decision support and management over cutting room markers work plans - all in purpose to let You save significant fabric quantities. Optimization process is automatic or can be processed manually with computer support. Collected from the clients, not yet processed orders, considered separately order by order or understood as a group (sack) of all waiting orders taken together, these are input data for cut planning process. To create cutting plan we need as input data info on ordered models, sizes, quantities, colours, etc. Cut planning process result gives number and types of lays, number of plies in each lay and plies colours to make. Process highly minimizes time & fabric consumption. User can adjust parameters of optimization process like yield (marker efficiency, estimated or real) and maximum marker length. Connected to InvenTex ERP System will make possible to check required material quantity by rolls and to fix the expected time to realize cut plan. Reports create correct documents. Optional connection to InvenTex Intelligent Auto-Marker Nesting gives optimal answer quickly, incl. crucial fabric width.

Full automatic optimization module cooperates with InvenTex Master Marker AutoNesting System to achieve the best optimization results and to bring fabric cost real calculation. Each proposed at the first operational stage marker is automatically background nested. Nesting results are returned back to optimization process.
