Product Functions

 

 

Production Orders

System generates production orders base on sale prognosis and orders collected from the clients, creating so called production plan. It consists of concrete styles production versions list considering their quantities, sizes and colours.  All the further and subsequent operations concerned to the production process till its end will be always be related to the data inputed in that module. Complex data flow from the all production involved sections, enables preparing of the schedule and tracking in real time the status of particular production orders. Analysis how subsequent production stages are in time (conform to schedule) enables better (faster & more accurate) planning the future orders fluency.

 

Cutting Room Orders

Cuting Room Orders are generated base on previously created Production Orders. In this part of system it is processed a complex service of production cycle responsible for preparation and account of the cutting. In this place we generate and collect back all the information refered to quantities, costs and cutting status of every production order. A very important part of the module is check and account of material consumption considering identification of material rolls and additional consumption coming from necessary to execute extra lays/plies in case of found the material defects. Facilitated reporting tools assure a correct control and accounting level for orders processed in the cutting room. Base on the data collected in the module, it takes place the transfer of all essential parameters to the module responsible for markers planning and optimization, in purpose to prepare the most effective (optimum) markers plan.

 

Bundling & Assembling

Pieces received during cutting process are taken to form the bundles. Bundles can be formed by adding pieces from different lays or can be formed by dividing for smaller „portions”, then delivered to the next stages of production cycle. Volume and quantity of the bundles for each order depend on logistic production arrangement into the respective, particular sewing room sections and also from colours and sizes quantities for running products. The bundles could be created from many previously not each-other connected cutting room orders. Often universal cutting elements like  interlinings, stiffs, etc., are cut under separate, collective, other than basic cutting order. System continuously tracks completeness stage of each bundle and accordingly arrange the status of cut bundles. Thanks to the system incorporated monitoring mechanisms we are capable to track if all required cutting room orders are on correct stage, thus to become at the right moment a complete pack of the style/model. Only a complete pack of the style/model can determine start of the next production stage, subsequent to the cutting room stage.

 

Production Procedure

Module assures complex completing of all the component pieces refered to production order. In the module it takes place a connection of all defined in the structure (prescription) additives and accessories. Anyway the most important is a fact, on this stage each bundle is equipped with, so called “passport”. This is a special dedicated printout including full, unique bundle identification with written-out operations lis. Operations list is prepared in such a way, it enables relocation of the attached coupons (refered to each operation) to the individual operators own job-control daily cards.

 

Production Flow Control

Module dedicated to register and processing information refered to all operations processed from the moment when  production pack is completed. It enables to collect accurately data concerned to subsequent operations, their statuses, performers, flow fluency and eventual jams resulting with “bottle necks” of production order execution. Each performer (machine operator) of the exact operation „transfer” from the bundle “passport” information on current operation. This information, besides easily readable for the operator operation description, also includes a bar code stripe. On the operator’s own job-control daily card there are collected all executed during a day operations, which very quickly by means of bar code reader are registered to the computer system. Specially dedicated mechanisms defined inside a system assure complex control over the quantities, taking care for data integrality, thus scheduled quantity of operations is not exceed by any mistakes made during data „transfer” from the “passport”. Base on the collected information we can also evaluate the actual execution stage of the production orders, efficiency of the production lines and efficiency of individual performers (operators).

 

Integration with Stocks

Having in the system a complete specification of materials, additives and accessories necessary to produce any model/style and complex integration with a store giving information on actual material stock, enables to analyse at any time what materials are necessary to order to process without any delays with production plan scheduled according to confirmed in the system production orders.
