PCM Module manages costing operations concerned to production process. It basically uses for calculations data prepared & recorded in PDM module. Costing takes into consideration costs of material components, labour costs as per operations list, administration costs, company fixed & any additional costs. All above costs are connected making costing complex and precise. Costing calculation and analysis can be made for unitary product, production order, their series and long-term contracts. Material quantity calculation can be used for material ordering.
On basis of technological process and operations information we can easily calculate time of production. A big advantage is that summary cost calculation is realized on internally built-in typical spreadsheet. It enables to read complete summary calculation in Excel xls format, then to share/send it outside for example to be verified, confirmed, etc. There is no need to buy and install any additional, external spreadsheet applications like Excel to process the effective costing.

It minimizes data duplicity events and helps to create any new calculation almost within seconds. PCM & PDM connection by means of centralized SQL database makes possible to load to PCM module all defined in PDM module data concerned fabrics, additives, accessories & labour costs. Loaded data can be freely modified so that to get satisfy production costs result. Data modification made in PCM module do not change data in PDM. Calculation with confirmed list of materials and operations is then moved to ERP module making a base to run the planning of the production process. |  |
 | Material CostingMaterial list (fabrics, additives and accessories) basically is inputed from PDM module files. However we can also copy it inside PCM module taking as a pattern one of previously made production order, model prototype or create a list individually from the start according to the actual calculation needs. Material lists can be freely modified to obtain satisfy material costs level. Calculation object can be any colours & sizes variant of the chosen model. We can calculate material cost as a medium level from among all colours & sizes variants. In case there is no integration with Real-Data Storing System, PCM module makes accessible internal card index of materials, then not servicing access on quantities real data. |  |
 | Labour CostingThis part of the module basically uses the production operations card index from PDM module. However list of operations can be modified according to user needs, so that to optimize technological production process. Modification can for example concern to change of operations list, their sequence, change of unitary operation times, operations grouping, etc. List of operations can be also created base on the another, preceding production order by its copying, then modifying. There is also adopted input possibility of many different times for each operation, then chosing for calculation execution a one of them being a minimum, maximum, medium, any value from the list or a new freely put. |  |
