We’re handling warranty / post-warranty services of the InvenTex CAD/CAM software and hardware, consulting and implementation services. Our technical team is offering quick and professional assistance in solving all issues related to day-to-day usage of the InvenTex program or modern cutting room equipment. The service is realized in-place, using remote communication technologies or at the customer’s site.
Training on usage and operation
Trainings arranged by our team are usually taking place at the customer’s site, basing on his needs and production requirements. Effectiveness of our trainings allows to get the knowledge about creation of patterns on the InvenTex computer after only three days of training. We’re also performing trainings in our company facilities and remotely by using internet connections.
