Technical support
We’re offering technical support on each stage of CAD/CAM usage. When warranty period is finished we’re actively maintaining active contact with customer in order to be able to offer professional support any time and to assure production continuity. The majority of services are performed remotely to reduce reaction time and total cost of service procedures.
Remote assistance system
For our CAD/CAM software users we’ve started a remote assistance service allowing to diagnose and solve eventual technical problems in a very short time. By means of internet connection our technical consultants are connecting with operator’s computer to provide necessary and professional advice. This service is also utilized during remote presentations and trainings.
Software Activation
In order to protect and secure your data a unique activation code is required which is assigned to the program license. This security policy protects your designs and models database against unauthorized access. The activation allows also to secure the hardware key from accidental loss.
