The InvenTex system is making available the wide range of reports of different kind, forms and summaries. It is difficult to imagine the professional operation of systems in a manufacturing company or plant without the circulation of documents or technical documentation. For printing purposes, consider buying a printer that is well-matched to your current needs. Mainly choose the printing technology.
Printers
Printers for printing summaries and documentation
Inkjet printers
Relatively cheap devices, full color printing
Ink-jet printer – most popular at present type of printers. Practically all today’s inkjet printers enable colour printing. Ink is used in four colours. Quite high operating costs are a defect in cheap ink-jet printers.
After years of struggle with replacements, printer manufacturers finally realized that this was not the way to go. It is not enough to sell a cheap printer for later to earn on expensive ink, because the average user will buy replacements. A HP company suggested the first sensible solution, implementing series of Ink Advantage printers, to which the ink cartridges are much cheaper. Epson went even further, offering pre-installed fixed ink supply systems. The printer is more expensive, but the operation does not cost much.
Laser printers
Economic printout of lots of reports and summaries
In opposition to inkjet printers, laser printers aren’t applying ink as material for printing. Instead, it is used a special, very fine powder with special magnetic properties. This powder called toner, is applied to the paper in appropriate places and then fixed (embedded in paper) through the heater. Laser printers are high-speed devices that can “spit out“ the printed page in shades of gray at a speed in excess of up to 40 pages per minute! In 5 minutes it is possible to print even 200 pages.
