EH-1 fabric inspection machine for knitted fabrics

Fabric inspection machine EH-1 enables us to rewind, inspect and measure the length of knitwear materials as well as fabric with elastic fibres. Possibility of rewinding fabric from flat-fold to roll or roll to roll. Air blow system makes the edges of material flat. Equipment widely used by the manufacturers, where high quality production forces manufacturer to inspect delivered fabrics before they are delivered to cutting room.

Important technical features:

  • automatic tension control during rewinding enables us to work with many delicate materials: fabrics with elastic fibre  like Lycra and knitwear
  • rewinding from flat-fold to roll and from roll to roll
  • cold white color illumination from bottom and ultraviolet lamps from top for better recognition of faults

Przeglądarka ES-1 umożliwia przewijanie i przeglądanie oraz pomiar długości dzianin. Urządzenie posiada automatyczną kontrolę naprężenia w trakcie przewijania umożliwiające przegląd trudnych materiałów. Urządzenie stosowane w zakładach produkcyjnych, w których wysoka jakość wyrobu gotowego wymusza dodatkową kontrolę jakości materiałów przed rozkrojem.

The unwinding machine feeds material from roll directly on the single layer cutter and places it on to the working surface. This device replaces many long spreading tables and saves space in you cutting room. This device not only saves space but also lot of time spent on preparation of your material.
