Digitizers are devices for introducing traditional (paper) patterns of any size into computer memory (so called patterns digitization). We offer classic electronic digitizers of various sizes and modern, innovative photodigitization devices. Especially we recommend a very fast and accurate method of photodigitization with using magnetic boards. These boards allows to digitize many of patterns in a very short time and with help of InvenTex software they can be sharing in digital form for use in other CAD systems available on the market. Traditional digitizers are devices that can work directly with other CAD systems, while their speed and accuracy can be slightly smaller.

All Classic table Photodigitizer Scanners

Wide format scanners for photodigitizing of patterns

Wide format scanner is an advanced hardware solution meant for processing images of paper-made patterns to digital domain. Scanner is reading data which are then processed by photodigitizing module of the InvenTex CAD system.

Mobile flatbed scanners A3/A4

One of three methods allowing to input data into the InvenTex IPD photodigitizing module is to scan patterns made of paper using a hardware scanner. See pre-selected mobile scanners and flatbed scanners with bigger format A3 and classic A4.

Digitizers InvenGraph A0 and A00 format

Digitizer allows for enterning traditional (paper-made) patterns shapes of arbitrary length to the computer’s memory. A0+ digitizer has a working area of 122 x 152 cm and it’s installed on column base with adjustable height and tilt angle, assuring comfortable and effective usage. It’s an alternative solution to the photodigitizing process.

Photodigitizing table

Photodigitizing is an innovative method of patterns images processing, which were taken using a digital camera and photodigitizing table. Economical installation of the photodigitizing table on the wall allows to minimize requied space in the CAD department facilities. Size of table depends on sizes and quantity of digitized patterns.

Digitizers InvenGraph ID-1824C A2 Format

Digitizer with compact size allowing to put it in almost any place, eg. operator’s desk. It’s perfect for digitization of smaller patterns, can also digitize bigger dimensions of patterns. Working area of 46 x 61 cm.

Plotters

Plotters are used for printing patterns and markers in their actual size, from files made in any CAD system. SEMACO has a wide offer of production and quality-proven plotters assuring satisfaction during longtime usage.

Digitizers

Digitizers are electronic appliances used for entering traditional paper-made patterns of almost arbitrary sizes to the computer. This process is called digitization. In our offer we have classic digitizer boards of various sized and modern, innovative devices for photo-digitization using a photo or image scanner.

Computer workstations

Various configurations of the computer workstations allowing to adapt them to customer’s needs and requirements. Stationery, mobile and terminal based solutions will be presented in this section.

Servers

Specialized computers with certain tasks in the network environment are called the servers. Among these tasks the most important ones are to provide SQL database service, store files and other information, assure security, authorize users access, plan and optimize solutions of production orders and markers generated from it for cutting. During work on any of the InvenTex workstations the server is always ready to provide or save data. If necessary, servers can work 24h/day, 7 days/week.

Remaining CAD/CAM equipment

Very important components of a professional CAD system are additional devices extending its functionality or assuring safety and failure-free usage. Among these the most important are UPS power supplies, data storage and archiving solutions, printers, professional graphics cards dedicated to CAD systems and other extensions like splitters, port converters, etc.

InvenTex DIG classic digitizing of patterns

Digitization is a process of transferring physical shapes, usually patterns made of carton, to digital domain data, stored on the computer. InvenTex DIG has a unique voice support of the digitization process which is leading the user through the whole procedure, without a need to control it on the monitor screen, resulting in significant time savings, ease of use and precision in digitization.

InvenTex PGS grading of patterns

InvenTex PGS it’s a perfect grading system assuring time savings and best currently available garment grading functionality. This module is supporting multi-dimensional sizing tables, so called sizing variations. PGS can makde grading of one hundred sizes in just a few minutes.

InvenTex IPD innovative photodigitizing of patterns
